ta77 implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to registered Philippine mobile numbers. While 2FA is strongly recommended, ta77 is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to enable or maintain 2FA, or from your disclosure of credentials to third parties.
ta77 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
ta77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your ta77 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outbound transfers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. ta77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of bonus wagering compliance. ta77 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.
Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings prior to satisfying wagering requirements is not permitted and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ta77 content without prior written consent from ta77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ta77 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ta77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ta77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ta77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ta77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.
ta77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, ta77 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your ta77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Closing your account does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and ta77, you agree to first contact ta77 support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by ta77 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
ta77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ta77 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the ta77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using ta77 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
